This award, in memory of the beloved author Anna Dewdney, celebrates picture books that foster compassion, empathy, and a sense of connection—qualities that are at the heart of Tubba and Friends. As an author and illustrator, it’s my mission to create stories that inspire families to come together, laugh, and explore new worlds of imagination.
